Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Because we know your Triumph is your passion we will do our best to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible. We will not charge your credit card until your order is confirmed. We ship USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If you would like a faster delivery time, please contact us to arrange that for you.
Most of our products are available to be shipped immediately; however, sometimes popular parts will take longer due to peak and seasonal demands. You can expect to receive Triumph parts in approximately two weeks from your order date.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us via email. If you do not receive this number within 10 business days, please be sure to get in touch with us to ensure your order has been processed properly.
If your order includes a discontinued product or a product that is backordered we will contact you within 48 hours. The long and winding road of options generally includes simply waiting until the item is available, substituting with a similar product, or resorting to last option: cancellation. Additionally, at an extra shipping cost, an order can be broken up and shipped individually.
Canyon Motorcycles and the manufacturers of merchandise on this website reserve all rights to make changes without prior notice. Because of uncontrollable variables, the products on this website may look different in person than they do on the website. Please make sure to check out our return policy before ordering. And, unless stated, no products we sell are D.O.T. approved.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally on a case by case basis.
PO/ APO/ AFO BOX SHIPPING
We ship to any PO/ APO/ AFO boxes by USPS. Unfortunately, we can not ship to these addresses with any other type of carrier.
THIRD PARTY SHIPMENT POLICY
For your financial protection, every third party shipment requires you to update the shipping address with your credit card company.
Canyon Motorcycles reserves the right to cancel or delay an order without notice for any reason including but not limited to:
· Products that were ordered but are discontinued
· Offensive or unprofessional conduct from any client
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We must receive your unused, uninstalled, and unopened item(s) within 15 days from the date of delivery. All original packaging must be included. You will be required to pay the shipping to and from Canyon Motorcycles. A 18% restocking fee will be applied to all returns (exceptions apply). The item(s) MUST be new in original packaging and uninstalled. To receive a refund the item(s) MUST be in resalable condition. If the item is not in resalable condition it will be refused. You are welcome to exchange an item(s) for reasons of personal preference; however, return policies will apply to all exchanges. Any returns requested after 15 days will not be eligible for a refund, store credit will be issued. Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days. Authorization is required for all returns. You will be emailed a RMA number via email if the return has been approved by the returns department. The RMA number will need to be placied on the outside of the box. Items sent without a RMA number or/and without original packaging could result in your package being refused or subject to an additional $15.00 administrative fee. An RMA number is ONLY valid for 14 days. RMA’s older than 21 days will be refused.
We DO NOT return special order items or clearance items.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT
If the package was damaged during shipment we will need the following to process the claim:
1. Picture of the damaged box
2. Pictures of the items that were damaged in transit
3. Fill out and fax/ email a damage claim
ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.
